Detailed below are the terms and conditions which form the basis of the contract for all goods purchased from Bay to Ridge.
Bay to Ridge is a trading name of Above Board Solent Limited which is registered at 4 Spur Road, Cosham, Portsmouth PO6 3EB This is our Company Registration Number 09306640 and VAT no. 199821942
The trading address of Bay to Ridge is: Bay to Ridge, Woodmill Lane, Southampton SO18 2JR. This trading address is to be used for all correspondence, returns and deliveries.
This contract sets out:
- your legal rights and responsibilities;
- our legal rights and responsibilities; as well as
- key information required by law.
For the purposes of this contract:
‘We’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ means Above Board Solent Limited (trading as Bay to Ridge); and
‘You’ or ‘your’ means the person using our stores and website to buy goods from us.
When buying anything from our store/s and website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other documents referred to in them.

Placing your order on our website
By placing an order via our website, you are offering to purchase a product and are subject to the following terms and conditions. Please note all orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Please read and check your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to correct any errors you can do this before submitting it and completing your purchase.
When you place an order at the end of the check-out process by clicking ‘Pay Now’ we will send you an e-mail acknowledging your order. This email is an order acknowledgement and does not mean that we accept your order. It is possible we may reject your order for any or a combination of the following reasons:
- we cannot authorize your payment;
- the items ordered are out of stock or unavailable;
- there has been a mistake on the pricing or description of the goods;
- the delivery location requested is deemed to not be viable or safe ie: PO box addresses and hotels.
A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will be formed when your payment has been approved, the prices have been verified, and the order has been processed and dispatched by your chosen service. At the time of a dispatch a second email will be sent confirming your order and these arrangements. Once dispatched you will take ownership of these goods.
In order to contract with us you must be over the age of 18 years old.
For full details about where we deliver to and the services offered please visit our Delivery page. We use a number of providers and the chosen provider will be based upon the service selected and the delivery address you have provided us with.
We always aim to meet our advertised dispatch delivery times and delivery service options, however we will not be responsible for delays resulting from postal disputes and action or any other occurrences outside of our control.
If there is any delay in fulfilling your order and / or meeting the delivery options you have selected we will inform you by telephone (if a telephone number has been provided) and via email.
Depending on the size of the goods order and the service chosen we may need to use a mix of delivery services and providers which may see your order delivered in separate installments. We may also deliver in separate installments if part of your order is unavailable which will then follow on once back in stock. If this is the case we will let you know in advance by telephone (if a telephone number has been provided) and via email.
Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. We also advise against deliveries to be made to hotels or third party courier / freight forwarding services. Any orders made which are to be sent to a hotel or a third party courier, are done so entirely at your own risk once delivery has been made by our logistics provider. We cannot be held responsible for any damage in this case.
If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes. Unless otherwise stated, all orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our stores within the United Kingdom. We highly recommend that you check your national import policy. It is essential that you understand and budget for any import taxes which you may have to pay. We are not responsible for these charges and if they are due you should be contacted by your customs office. If we dispatch your order and it is then rejected by you or delivery cannot be completed because duties have not been settled, you will receive a refund for your order when it is returned to us less the total returns shipping costs and any associated charges. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Grand Total'.
Pricing and Availability
We try to ensure that all descriptions, images and prices that appear on this website are accurate, however errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible via telephone and / or email. At this time we will give you the opportunity of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your purchase. If we are unable to contact you within a 24 hour period we will cancel your order and if it has already been paid for, we will refund you in full.
Our website may contain typographical errors or other inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to update information at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfill any orders that you may place based on information that contains errors or inaccuracies.
